Call for Scores: Borneo Ensemble Series II

The Borneo Ensemble is delighted to announce the return of the Borneo Ensemble Composer Series II!

We warmly invite submissions for our second International Composers Competition, a collaborative initiative with Gema Bumi, the competition focuses on integrating ambient soundscapes into contemporary music. It provides a platform for student composers to present their creative works, fostering a deeper understanding of the symbiotic relationship between ambient soundscapes and contemporary musical forms, with an emphasis on environmental consciousness.
